What is the correct gas to oil mixture for the Insight snowthrower?
The Lawn-Boy Insight 2-Cycle snowthrower engine requires a 50:1 gasoline to oil mixture. The gas to oil ratio is usually always printed on the gas cap or in your Operator's Manual.
We recommend that you Lawn-Boy 50:1 2 Cycle Oil (fuel Stabilizer Added) or an equivalent grade, NMMA TCW III - certified two-cycle oil.
Important: To prevent engine damage, DO NOT USE automotive oil (such as SAE 30 or 10W30) or fuel mixed at the wrong gasoline-to-oil ratio.
