MOWERS FOR MILITARY FAMILIES PROGRAM
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.

Eligibility and General Terms: The "Mowers for Military Families" Program ("Program") is open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Nominated households must have a member of the immediate family serving in the military in the Middle East ( Iraq , Kuwait or Afghanistan ). Employees of Lawn-Boy, its affiliates, distributors and dealers, and their families, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  

How to Enter: The Program begins March 14, 2008. Nomination forms can be obtained and submitted online at www.lawn-boy.com/militaryfamilies or www.projectevergreen.com or by writing to Lawn-Boy, “Mowers for Military Families – LB”, P.O. Box 20026 , Minneapolis, MN 55420 . Online entries and mail entries must be submitted by May 14, 2008. To nominate a family - either your own or another - submit an entry detailing why a new lawn mower is needed in 150 words or less. Photos are not required. Lawn-Boy will not be held responsible for incomplete, incorrect or late entries. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

Awards: Fifteen (15) recipients will be chosen from among the nominations by representatives from Lawn-Boy and Project EverGreen. Families chosen will receive a Lawn-Boy InsightŪ walk-behind mower with an approximate retail value of $369. Program entrants, by entering the Program, release Lawn-Boy, its affiliates, distributors, dealers, employees and representatives of all liability with respect to receiving, not receiving or using the awards. No requests for substitutions or transfers. Lawn-Boy reserves the right to substitute. Recipients will receive a packaged mower; recipients are responsible for the minimal assembly required.

Odds of Being Chosen : Dependent on the number of entries received.

Notification: The 15 mower recipients will be notified via telephone during the period of March 14 through June 1, 2008, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Acknowledgement and Authorization within 21 days after notification before the mower is awarded. If no proper response is received within the allotted time, or if a prospective recipient cannot accept the mower, the mower will be forfeited and a new prospective recipient will be selected. All charges and related expenses such as sales and use taxes, title registration fees, license fees, insurance premiums and similar charges will be the responsibility of the mower recipient. By accepting the mower, the recipient consents, where allowable, to promotional use of his/her name, nomination paragraph and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Recipient Information: For names of the mower recipients, send a separate self-addressed stamped envelope (business size) to: Mowers for Military Families Program, Lawn-Boy, 8111 Lyndale Ave. South , Bloomington , MN 55420 . All requests must be received by September 30, 2008.

Warranties: Lawn-Boy will provide the mowers with their standard manufacturer's warranties.

Miscellaneous: The Program may be revoked or canceled if Program materials contain errors. Lawn-Boy's decisions regarding all issues related to the Program will be final. All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
